Returns & Exchanges

At The Wander Club, we want you to love your travel-inspired pieces as much as the journeys they represent. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your return package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the items securely in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
